Executive Exchange began with two lifelong friends asking that golden question.
Chris, a seasoned executive, felt God stirring in him a call toward something deeper—a space where leaders could encounter both the suffering and resilience of communities in need, and discover transformation through authentic exchange. His childhood best friend Tad, a pastor and community builder, brought decades of experience serving those impacted by poverty and injustice.
Together, they envisioned something beyond charity or corporate giving: a true exchange—where executives and grassroots leaders share wisdom, skills, and resources in mutual service and growth.
