The Experience

Orientation & Reflection

Executive Exchange is a 4-month experience anchored by a 7–10 day immersive journey abroad. You’ll return home with more than memories—you’ll return with a more purposeful way of leading, living, and serving.

Immersive Journey

Begin with grounding sessions with our team and partners to explore faith and spirituality, intention, values, and the posture of mutuality. Identify what gifts you can offer.

Co-Creation & Support

Then travel with a small cohort to meet and walk alongside community leaders. Listen. Learn. Witness. Serve.

Integration & Impact

Movement Building

While in country, you’ll offer strategic advice, skills, and resources aligned with partner-defined goals. Begin building a long-term connection rooted in trust. Implement shared strategies and partnerships.

Shortly after your return, we’ll host a guided reflection and coaching session on how to integrate this experience into your leadership, giving, faith practice, and life moving forward.

To share our collective experience and inspiring stories of impact, we gather past participants, potential participants, and other supporters at varied, creative, and engaging events.

We will host our inaugural Executive Exchange cohort in fall 2026. A small circle of leaders will answer the call to walk with our partner, All People Free, whose mission is to work toward freedom for all people held under systemic oppression in the brick kilns of the Middle East and Asia.
