Executive Exchange honors local leadership and co-creates solutions that respond to real needs. Communities gain not just temporary aid, but lasting investment, partnerships, and the solidarity of leaders who believe in their vision for change.
Inaugural Partner
Founded by retired educators Lori Benoit and Lori Roy, The Lori’s Foundation works alongside communities in rural Kenya to expand opportunity and improve everyday life through education, food assistance, and a variety of programs that support local youth.
As Executive Exchange’s inaugural partner, the Foundation will help ground the program in trusted local relationships and community-identified priorities. Together, the organizations are planning a series of events leading to Executive Exchange’s first cohort experience in Kenya in fall 2027—connecting accomplished leaders with local changemakers to exchange knowledge, strengthen organizations, and build sustainable impact.
