Is Executive Exchange a charity?
Executive Exchange creates partnerships and connections, not handouts. We are awaiting our 501(c)(3) federal tax exemption which will allow all contributions to be fully tax-deductible. We are in the process of securing fiscal sponsorship, which will permit us to receive tax-deductible donations while we await IRS approval.
Do I need a faith background to participate?
No. Our exchanges are spiritually grounded and welcome everyone. We ask all executives be open to reflection, service, and partnership.
What do executives actually do during an exchange?
Executives immerse themselves in community life, listen deeply, and co-create solutions alongside grassroots leaders. You’ll be supported by guides who know the landscape. Each evening, you’ll return to a place of rest and renewal—designed to help you reflect, recharge, and prepare for what’s ahead.
How are grassroots organizations chosen?
We carefully vet and build long-term relationships with grassroots partners already creating meaningful local impact. Our inaugural partner, All People Free, was founded in 2018 by Ben Nichols, and works toward freedom for all people held under systemic oppression in the brick kilns of the Middle East and Asia.
